Dr Mohsen Hassani graduated from Ahwaz University of Medical science in Iran in 2003.

His passion to learn about skin cancer medicine began in 2008 when he started practicing and realised it is a huge health issue in Australia. Dr Hassani was awarded a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer from The university of Queensland in 2017. He established a skin clinic in the community that he was working as a GP. Since then he has been working full time in the field .

Dr Hassani has a passion for education, he currently holds a position as Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland in the Primary Care Clinical Unit.

He travels frequently to share his vast experience and expertise through educational workshops in skin cancer medicine and surgery.

Dr Hassani believes in prevention, early detection and individualised treatment of skin cancer in the primary care settings.
