Dr. Mohsen Hassani, a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, joined Redlands General Practice in 2022. With a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer from The University of Queensland, Dr. Hassani has established a dedicated skin cancer clinic within the practice. He has introduced advanced diagnostic techniques, including total body photography, which captures high-resolution images of the entire skin surface, allowing for precise monitoring of changes over time. This method enhances the early detection of skin cancers, facilitating timely treatment.

Dr. Hassani’s expertise extends to performing complex skin cancer treatments, including grafts and flap procedures, providing comprehensive care to patients. Beyond his clinical work, he contributes to medical education as a course coordinator for The University of Queensland’s Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) program, sharing his knowledge through workshops and seminars.
