We request that you provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may need to see a doctor.

Our doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.

There is a fee of $95.00 for standard appointments that are cancelled within 2 hours or if you do not attend your appointment.

This fee needs to be paid prior to booking your next appointment & is not claimable with Medicare.

If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevent you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice, please let us know as soon as possible.
