Comprehensive Musculosketal pain and injury management

Dr Eivers graduated with MBBS from the University of Queensland in 1996 and completed his general practice (MRCGP) training in the UK.
In 2016 he completed a Postgraduate Diploma of Musculosketal Medicine from the University of Otago. He continues to be involved in professional development with involvement in special interest groups and as a tutor on the AAMM Certificate of Musculosketal Medicine course modules.
Since 2017 Dr Eivers has worked as a GP with Specialist Interest in the Metro North Brisbane HHS Healthy Spine Service performing assessments and providing education and advice for the non-surgical management of spinal pain.
Dr Eivers offers compressive musculoskeletal assessment and therapies including –
Pain education and counselling
Manual therapy: muscle energy techniques and joint mobilisations
Joint and soft tissue injections, including prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy, and PRP.
Exercise therapy.
He is also able to referral on to other specialist colleagues should that be necessary.
